| The major cause for air pollution is abuntant use of non renewable resources and large usage of automobiles.The thermal power plants and many industries are releasing harmul gases to atmosphere which too causes pollution.The usage of refrigerants in air conditioning equipments ans fridges causes depletion of ozone layer.
