Evaporation occurs when surface molecules move fast enough to break the attractive forces in the liquid. It is temperature related.

When the rain falls it will most probably land in a river or lake. When the water flows into an ocean or sea, the suns heat and the water hit each other. The sun heat rises the water up into the air and it turns to air, which is moisture, and back to clouds to start over again.

evaporation occurs when the sun or something else like an elecric light or fire (such as on a stove) heats water particals. To make it more simple, the particles jump and dance around and the hotter they are the more they jump and dance. When they get hot enough the particals will colide woth each other sending the particals upwards as hot water is lighter that air.so it rises up and forms into clouds which is called condensation.the particals evenually get cold agian and build up and join with other particals and will then fall as rain or, if on a stove, will just form dew drops on the lid.
