evaporation occurs when the sun or something else like an elecric
light or fire (such as on a stove)
heats
water particals. To make it more simple, the particles jump and dance around and the hotter they are the more they jump and dance. When they get hot enough the particals will colide woth each other sending the particals upwards as hot
water is
lighter that air.so it rises up and forms into clouds which is called condensation.the particals evenually get cold agian and build up and join with other particals and will then fall as rain or, if on a stove, will just form dew drops on the lid.
