| People are widely held to their beliefs and convictions. Any belief that seems to "go against" one's religious beliefs and convictions can be viewed as a "threat", or "sacrilegious" to one's religions, to one extreme. Some people, on this extreme, feel an need to go against the other group and even "insist" that the other group "has to be wrong, and even develop another "belief" and insist that their belief is "absolutely right", even, in some cases, on the basis of that other "opposing", or "threatening" belief.
