light zones on the planet -- so it will have more 'incidents' than other areas -- which if one reads inaccurately documentated sources sounds 'horrific'. [and that's not taking into consideration hurricanes, the drug trade and human trafficking/smuggling; the last two being huamn activities that are naturally covert].
